CAMP DESCRIPTION:
The Chesapeake Boys Lacrosse Camp is designed to help boys improve their skills and become better team players. Upon arrival, campers will be evaluated and placed into groups with other campers of similar abilities. Campers will be taught fundamental skills such as passing, catching, shooting and proper footwork. Proper stretching and strength building exercises will also be demonstrated. Competitive games will be held throughout the week to keep boys focused, to allow them to work on the skills learned throughout the camp and to keep them excited about lacrosse!
