CAMP DESCRIPTION:
This minisoccer camp is being offered by Challenger Sports, the largest and most popular soccer camp program in the USA and Canada. Challenger Sports has more campers, more coaches, more great games and practices and more FREE STUFF! Simply put, amazing coaches, awesome accents, innovative practices and a unique cultural twist combine for a one-of-a-kind camp experience. All coaches are trained and certified from the UK and are specifically recruited for these camps. The minisoccer camp consist of fundamental practices, skill-building activities and small-sided games. The half-day camp and the full-day camp consist of individual foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games, coached scrimmages and daily World Cup tournaments. Specific techniques focused on throughout the week are dribbling, passing/receiving, shooting, heading, tackling/defending, individual moves, freestyle play and the ABC'S (agility, balance and coordination). Challenger Sports is also committed to developing the "whole" child by teaching them respect, responsibility, integrity, leadership and sportsmanship. All campers will receive a free shirt, free soccer ball, free player evaluation and free fold-out poster.
